Q. How long before I receive my medical supplies?
A. Due to our strategic warehousing, the majority of orders are received in one to two business days. However, all shipments are subject to stock availability and the time the order is placed makes a difference. Orders placed before 12:00 P.M. EST usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 P.M. EST will usually ship the next business day. We offer expedited shipping for supplies you need in 1-2 business days and Economy shipping for the transit time of about 3-4 business days. Should you need your products guaranteed by a specific date please call us and we can check availability and confirm the transit time to your location. We have warehouses placed all across the country to ensure you receive your goods as fast as possible regardless of which shipping method you choose.

Q. What is the cost to ship my order?
Each order is different. The variability is based on the weight of each order, location to ship to and the speed of delivery.
We have a standard shipping zones' approximate pricing along with each purchase which is usually calculated automatically.

Often we have your item or a comparable substitute stocked near to your location so you won't need to pay additional overnight or next day air costs.

Yes, we do. Special terms apply per country as well as adjusted shipment, handling fees.
All laws, regulations, and customs related guidelines shall apply.

Q. How do I track my order?
A. Tracking numbers will be sent to the e-mail address (provided by you during registration) on file. If you are using a spam blocking service please make sure to add [email protected] to a safe list, so that you may receive your order confirmations, order status and tracking information.

A. Yes, we accept all major credit cards including American Express, Discover Card, Master Card and Visa via Pay Pall

Q. How do I return a product?
A. Before returning any item, please contact us to obtain the required Return Authorization (RA) Number. At the time of issue of the RA number, our customer service representative will also give you the address of our returns department. Please DO NOT ship returns to our corporate headquarters! - All returns sent to that address will be automatically returned to the sender. Please read our return policy.

Our office and warehouse are closed for the following Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
